Overview
Upon completion of the rhythm and tempo Focus Drill, three scores will be shown in the final report: consistency score, accuracy score, and rhythm score calculated from the previous two scores. The following explains each score in detail.
Consistency Score
The consistency score indicates how consistent your swing is in terms of rhythm. Chart B shows the tempo scattered around compared to the narrow range of the rhythm shown on chart A. Therefore, chart A represents good rhythm consistency, while chart B represents poor rhythm consistency.
Accuracy Score
The accuracy score represents two things: First, how close you were to the targeted rhythm, and Second, how close you were to the recommended downswing tempo (within 0.3 seconds)
Let’s take a look at the graph above. With the target rhythm (the blue line ) as a reference, the purple point A is close, while the black point B is farther away from A. Therefore, A, which is closer to the target rhythm, receives a higher score.
Now, if they are at the same distance from the target rhythm, which would be a better one? The answer is A. The closer you are to the recommended downswing tempo (within 0.3 seconds), the higher the accuracy score you can achieve. So, the closer you are to the target rhythm and the closer you are to the recommended downswing tempo, the better the accuracy and the higher the score.
